SHAKESPEARE TREATS

HAMLET

Outrageous Fortune Cookies

Fortune Cookies Dipped in an

"inky cloak" of dark chocolate and filled with famous Hamlet quotes

... to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune...~Act III sc 1

Tis not alone my inky cloak, good mother...   ~Act 1 sc 2

                                was originally

inspired by Shakespeare.  I've loved

The Bard since I was first introduced

at five years old to Juliet Capulet.

She was strong-willed, feisty, and

full of heart for this guy Romeo.

I was enraptured, so I devoured

every piece of Shakespeare

I could get my hands on.

Years later I started designing treats

based on his text.  I've currently designed

at least five or six treats

for over a dozen of his plays -

perfect for intermission

for any park performance,

London Globe production or

even a high school play.
